WELCOME 

As a wife and mother of 6, I keep a busy & organised household on track, along with my beautiful horse and very much loved dog, Betty. My PA, Sue, is integral to keeping my schedule on track! Sue is also a retired counsellor so she interacts seamlessly with my clients.

 

I am a former Regional Director for BUPA UK and Avery Health Care, with a strong track record of success in the healthcare industry, with over 25 years of experience. I hold a BSc (Hons) Degree in Health & Social Care Management and Mental Health.

I have been helping care providers to commission, run, and turn around care homes across the UK for the past 8 years. I have worked with large providers as well as single care home owners.

I am a registered member of The CMA (Complementary Medical Association) and a qualified CBT therapist.​

​

In addition to the above, I took an interest in life coaching during the lockdown and completed my NLP Practitioner Coach Certification and also became a Certified Holistic Coaching Master.

My passion for Holistic wellbeing is also driven by my love of travel.  I have worked with many HNWs, UHNWs & Celebrities in building luxury travel packages and amazing life experiences for them and their families & friends. I am a fully licensed independent travel advisor and ATOL certified.​
