What I Do
Strategic Architecture Review & 90-Day Partnership
For established operators who suspect their business could be structurally stronger. The Strategic Architecture Review is a private, one-day engagement that stress-tests your commercial resilience, governance, staffing architecture, CQC trajectory, and leadership alignment - and delivers a clear, written action plan within five working days. For operators who want to move beyond clarity into correction, the 90-Day Strategic Partnership drives the structural changes through a focused, expert-led programme with real outcomes and a written report at close. One day to see it clearly. Ninety days to fix it properly.

Fractional Nominated Individual
The Nominated Individual is the most senior accountable person in a CQC-registered care business. In almost every Requires Improvement report, the thread is the same: provider-level oversight is weak. A Fractional NI provides formal, CQC-registered provider oversight on a retained, part-time basis. Monthly governance visits, Registered Manager supervision, CQC notification sign-off, written reports, and board-level input. Everything a full-time NI delivers - structured for businesses that do not need a full-time post. This is not arm's-length consultancy. This is formal registration and genuine accountability.

Independent Board Advisory
Most care home boards include financial, legal, and property expertise. Very few include someone who understands how a care home actually works - the staffing model, the governance, the CQC framework, and the commercial levers that connect quality to margin. That gap shows up in inspection reports, in occupancy trends, and in decisions that looked reasonable at board level and created damage on the floor. I provide independent advisory at board level for care operators, charities, and investors who need an experienced operational voice in the room. Quarterly board attendance, monthly advisory call, annual strategy session, and honest assessment throughout.
